Vendor/Supplier search

We can help with specific aspects of your wedding planning including but not limited to :

suitable venue
- enough capacity for your number of guests
- any other requirements
caterer, baker, photographer/videographer, florist, DJ/band, tailor/dress maker, hair&make up artist etc.
budget tips, time management advice and general planning assistance.

Price :

£75 for each vendor/supplier search & planning assistance

£150 for venue search (up to 5 shortlisted venues)

On the day coordination

You have planned your big day on your own, well done you! Now, please allow us to be there for you on the day (and a month before) ensuring your vision becomes reality.

A month before your wedding, we takeover the relationship with all the vendors/suppliers you have already booked in order to ensure they all know the tasks/services they need to perform on the day and the time they need to deliver them. We then create the Master Schedule of the day – the main document that everyone will refer to to ensure your day run smoothly.

Whenever possible, we visit your ceremony and reception venues prior to the big day.

On the day, we manage everything so that you and your soon to be husband/wife can focus on getting married.

Price : from £950

Price does not include travel & expenses for weddings outside London.

Please note that a different price will be discussed for weddings with more than 300 guests.

You might have already booked some vendors or just started looking into it : it is all fine.

We start by making sure we have a clear idea of your wedding vision and dream. We are then able to recommend the best suppliers for every aspect of your wedding ensuring we stay in your budget at all times.

Our role is not to take over your wedding but rather to facilitate the wedding planning process for you and make it as stress-free and as enjoyable as possible.

When booking full wedding planning, we are there for you for everything and anything wedding related and on the day, we manage everything so that you and your soon to be husband/wife can focus on getting married.

Price : 8 – 10% of the wedding budget – £2000 minimum fees
